She said she wanted to win, and she did. Winning the Wildcard competition meant 17-year-old Julia Dales got to go to Germany to compete in the Beatbox Battle World Championship at the end of May. She didn’t take that title, but I’m guessing she’ll be back. Talk about drive.

Kinda reminds me of that episode of How I Met Your Mother… when they went to the Empire State Building and Ted and Marshall told a random man how great he was… and it stopped him from jumping off the building. ok… sorta far fetched, but not really!
